Counseling Services: Individual, Couples

Rates and pricing per hour, hour and a half, and two hour sessions blocks will be discussed during a free 20 min consultation call. 

Payments for services can be made via cash, check, credit card and most Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending (FSA) cards. I do not bill insurance or third party payers directly for services provided. 

More recently many of my clients choose not to involve insurance companies in their mental health care. Insurance companies have been known to limit the number of sessions and even the type of therapy that they cover. Many insurance companies do not cover marriage/relational or family therapy at all. Coverage for other types of counseling, such as career counseling, and spiritual formation may also not be covered by insurance companies without a diagnostic label. 

As a result, my counseling services are not limited by the length of session, diagnosis, treatment plan, or session frequency limits that insurance companies can dictate. For counseling sessions, payment is due at the beginning of each session. A receipt can be generated at the time of payment which you may  be submitted to your insurance carrier to receive reimbursement based on your out of network benefits.
